Space Station Tracker — Live ISS and Tiangong Tracking

Space stations are the largest human-made objects orbiting Earth and among the brightest satellites visible to the naked eye. The International Space Station (ISS) orbits at roughly 408 km altitude, completing one lap around the planet every 90 minutes at over 27,500 km/h.

China's Tiangong Space Station (CSS) joined the ISS in permanent crewed operations in 2022. Both stations host rotating crews of astronauts and cosmonauts conducting scientific research in microgravity, Earth observation, and technology demonstrations.

Use this tracker to see exactly where these crewed outposts are right now, view their orbital paths, predict when they will pass over your location, and check whether they are in sunlight for evening viewing.

Notable Satellites

  • ISS (ZARYA) — International Space Station
  • CSS (TIANHE-1) — Chinese Space Station core module
  • Crew Dragon / Soyuz — visiting crew vehicles
  • Progress / Tianzhou — automated cargo spacecraft
